Morton Leibowitz, MD, FACP, FACC, a Professor of Internal Medicine and Cardiology at New York University, came to live in Israel with his wife Ruth in 1996. A resident of Raanana, he founded the Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation Center at Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba and currently serves as a senior research consultant in the Chief Physician’s office at Kupat Holim Clalit. His avocations are literature, poetry and history.
Morty and Ruth are the proud grandparents of 8 and enjoy the nachas of watching them grow up and proudly serve in Israel in Zahal and Sherut Leumi.
