Iris stark was born in Israel, a graduate of the University of Bar-Ilan, she has a BA in accounting and economics and a master’s degree in economics. She holds a unique certification in quality control of the internal audit alignment of the internal auditors from the global Institute of Internal Auditors, the IIA. Iris has over 30 years of experience in the field of auditing, internal auditing and accounting, non-profit organizations, taxation of companies and individuals, approved companies and the government sector; along with expertise in economic and strategic counseling for business and public clients.

Addition Positions and Public Activity
Between the years 2005-2007 she was the chairman of the directorate of the Port of Ashdod.
She is the vice-president of the Institute of Certified Public CPA in Israel (since the year 2006) and is the chair of the Communications Committee of the non-profit organization sector in the Institute of Certified Public CPA. She is the director of leading companies in the economy, such as: the Israel Electric Corporation, Massad Bank, the Pensions and Retirement Fund of the Employees of Jewish Agency Ltd, Kibbutzim College and more. She is a member of public committees including: the Appointments Committee headed by the Civil Service Commissioner and the Committee for Examining Pension Conditions for people who held positions in the judiciary, and benefits during the cooling off period.
Iris is a senior lecturer in the academic field on corporate governance and director responsibility, and internal auditing in the third sector (non-profit organizations). She also serves as an economic analyst on leading television shows.
