Cynthia named Volunteer of the Year
ESRA Modiin was honored by the city at its annual Volunteers Fair on January 4, 2018 when Modiin Chair Cynthia Barmor was named Outstanding Volunteer for 2017. Cynthia received her award from the city's Mayor, Haim Bibas.
