An American-Israeli, Reina Nuernberger came to live in Israel in 1978.  A librarian by profession, she worked at the University of Tel Aviv main library until becoming Director of Library Services at the American International School in Kfar Shmaryahu in 1981 (the school is now located on a new campus in Even Yehuda).  Upon her retirement in 2007, Reina returned to the U.S. to be close to her children and grandchildren.  She now resides in Atlanta, GA, but a big chunk of her heart and soul are still in Israel.
