Jeffrey S Winter, Ph.D., is professor emeritus from National Louis University in Chicago where he served as faculty in teacher education for over 30 years. Jeff and his wife Sally lived in Jerusalem for 2 years and he has worked in Jewish education full or part-time for over 40 years. Jeff is also a musician in the Chicago area as half of the duo "Jeff and Janis" specializing in Jewish, Yiddish, and Israeli music. He and his wife enjoy seeing their grandchildren and taking time to travel where they are always on the lookout for points of Jewish interest.
