Since his retirement from high school and college teaching, Henry has been active in ESRA Netanya.  He took over the responsibility for the Netanya Right-Track Centers which provide after-school recreation and learning for disadvantaged teenagers. He has also helped organize and shlep for various ESRA activities in Netanya. When not involved with his ESRA projects he grandfathers seven lovely grandchildren who live in Tel Aviv, Pardesiya and Karkur.
